Precision-Cut
Adipose.

Less Pressure.

Less Processing.

Better Fat.

TOST Image_edited.jpg

From Structural Support to Regenerative Signaling.

Adipose tissue is a living, stem cell-rich tissue source, and how you process it matters.  The Adinizer® replaces blunt-force luer-to-luer emulsification with precision, blade-based cutting to create size-specific structural microfat, regenerative ASC, and nanofat preparations from a single harvest.

Controlled fat sizing with less pressure and mechanical trauma helps preserve viable cells, stromal elements, and extracellular matrix—giving physicians a reproducible pathway from structural microfat to progressively finer regenerative nanofat preparations for ASC-driven signaling and tissue-quality applications.

Cutting Fat with Precision. Not Pressure.

Traditional luer-to-luer transfers break down fat through blunt-force pressure, repeatedly passing adipose tissue through progressively smaller openings and damaging both its structural architecture and biological cellular components.

Through controlled, blade-based cutting, the Adinizer precisely micronizes adipose tissue—creating size-controlled, reproducible preparations with less pressure, less tissue trauma, and less processing than conventional luer-to-luer transfers.

Nanofat

Signaling.

Repair.

Nanofat is a mechanically processed,  ASC-rich tissue preparation created through sequential downsizing and emulsification techniques. This process reduces the adipocyte-dominant structural component while preserving the extracellular matrix and stromal vascular components for biocellular and tissue-quality applications.

Microfat

Volume.

Support.

Microfat is a mechanically sized fat graft composed of small clusters of viable adipocytes supported by native extracellular matrix and stromal vascular components. Selective reduction of larger adipocyte clusters, combined with minimal processing, preserves tissue structure for volume, contour, and structural support.

2400µm

2400µm

The 2400µm Adinizer disc creates macrofat parcels for larger-volume grafting, breast applications, deep tissue planes, and reconstructive support. Suitable for cannulas up to 17G.

1200µm

1200µm

The 1200µm Adinizer disc produces microfat for facial aesthetics, orthobiologics, and mid-plane tissue support. Suitable for delivery up to 20G*.

600µm

600µm

The 600µm Adinizer disc creates fine microfat preparations for 21–23G* delivery. Ideal for scaffolding, contouring, and soft-tissue refinement where smoother flow and smaller graft parcels are needed.

Peer-Reviewed Clinical Data: Explore the Science Behind Why Cutting Fat Matters

See published research on Adinizer’s blade-based adipose micronization. Independent peer-reviewed studies prove:

  • Superior Biological Quality: Ranked #1 in cell viability (95.9%) and ASC yield.

  • Preserved Micro-Architecture: Intact adipocytes and tissue matrix without blunt trauma.

  • 4x Higher Stem Cell Yield: Outperforms conventional enzymatic extraction.

  • 12-Month Proven Retention: Validated by serial 3D Vectra imaging.
