Microfat grafts primarily serve a structural and volumetric role, while progressively smaller preparations shift toward biologic and regenerative function.

Adinized Nanofat

Regenerative - Signaling

Preserves Regenerative Components

Adinized Nanofat retains extracellular matrix, stromal elements, and bioactive signaling components within the final reparation.

Precision Delivery

Reduced particle size enables delivery through smaller-gauge needles for precise placement within targeted tissue planes.

Non-Enzymatic Processing

Progressive mechanical processing creates a finer regenerative adipose preparation without enzymatic digestion.

Therapeutic Objective

Unlike structural microfat, nanofat is not primarily intended for volume. This finer autologous adipose-derived ASC preparation supports tissue repair, regeneration, and biostimulation.

Adinized Microfat

Structural - Volume

Preserves Structure

Maintains adipocyte architecture and its native stromal and extracellular matrix components.

Controlled Sizing

Defined cutting ports create more predictable, uniform microfat with increased total surface area of the fat graft.

Gauge-Specific Delivery

Sequential downsizing matches the preparation to the intended cannula or needle gauge, supporting precise, consistent delivery.

Less Destructive Processing

Blade-based cutting reduces compression and pressure, providing a gentler alternative to traditional blunt luer-to-luer processing.

One-Harvest. Multiple Preparations.

The Adinizer platform doesn’t create one fat product; it allows the physician to select the preparation tailored to the patients individual needs.

*Delivery gauge and Adinizer pathway may vary with harvest cannula size, tissue characteristics, and preparation protocol. Recommendations are protocol-dependent.

MICROFAT

What It Is

Adinized Microfat is a precision-sized adipose preparation composed of smaller, more uniform tissue parcels while preserving adipocyte structure and native tissue architecture. Reducing parcel size increases the surface-area-to-volume ratio and shortens diffusion distances, supporting perfusion, graft integration, and volume retention.

Applications and Uses
  • Mid-to-deep facial volume restoration and contouring

  • Dorsal hand rejuvenation and soft-tissue coverage

  • Secondary corrections, touch-ups, and contour transitions

  • Localized reconstructive defects and tissue asymmetries

Disc Pathway

2400µm → 1200µm → Up to 19G*

MACROFAT

What It Is

Macrofat is a larger-parcel autologous adipose tissue graft that preserves mature adipocytes within their native extracellular matrix and stromal architecture.   Its larger parcel size makes it primarily suited for volume restoration, contouring, cushioning, and deep structural support.

Applications and Uses
  • Breast augmentation, contour correction, and reconstruction

  • Gluteal and body-contouring procedures

  • Deep facial volume and structural contour

  • Traumatic, congenital, and postoperative soft-tissue defects

Disc Pathway

2400µm → Macrofat → Up to 17G*

SCAFFOLDING- MFAT

What It Is

Scaffolding Microfat is a stromal-rich preparation designed for targeted soft-tissue support, contour refinement, and placement with delicate anatomical planes.  It reduces mature adipocyte predominance while preserving extracellular matrix and associated stromal elements, enabling delivery through approximately 21–23G. It provides limited structural volume while functioning primarily as a tissue-preserving biologic scaffold.

Applications and Uses
  • Targeted placement in superficial and delicate tissue planes

  • Scarred, fibrotic, irradiated, or otherwise compromised tissue

  • Orthobiologic and musculoskeletal applications

  • Biocellular protocols, including combination with PRP

Disc Pathway

2400µm  → 1200µm → 600µm        21-23G*

ADINIZED NANOFAT

What It Is

Adinized Nanofat is a finely processed autologous adipose tissue preparation intended primarily for regenerative rather than volumetric use. Designed for fine-gauge delivery, it prioritizes cellular signaling, tissue remodeling, and regenerative support rather than conventional volume restoration.  Progressive mechanical processing reduces mature adipocytes while retaining stromal, vascular, and extracellular components associated with tissue remodeling and repair.

Applications and Uses
  • Facial and periorbital rejuvenation for fine lines and wrinkles, skin texture, tone, pigmentation

  • Acne, surgical, traumatic, burn, and fibrotic scars

  • Chronic wounds and compromised or irradiated tissue

  • Hair restoration and regenerative scalp procedures

  • Vulvovaginal, intimate-wellness, and lichen sclerosus protocols

  • Biocellular and orthobiologic applications, including combination with PRP

Disc Pathway

2400µm  → 1200µm → 600µm → 400µm

Up to 27G*

ASC Preparations

Purified Nanofat · mSVF · TOST · ECM Gel
Up to 27G*
What it is

Adinized nanofat can undergo a second centrifugation to separate and concentrate its tissue layers. Clinicians can retain the layers together as purified nanofat or select specific fractions, such as TOST for a more concentrated stromal preparation.

Why Refine

Processing fat into 27G* nanofat releases additional free oil and cellular debris. A second centrifugation separates free oil and debris from the retained tissue and concentrates its components into a smaller volume

  • Remove oil and debris: A second centrifugation separates the processed tissue into visible layers so you can remove unwanted material.

  • Concentrate what remains: Removing excess fluid reduces the delivery volume and concentrates the retained stromal tissue components.

  • Choose the fraction: Use the retained layers together as purified nanofat, or select the stromal aggregate and cell-containing fractions based on intended use.

Biologic Purpose

The goal is to deliver autologous stromal components, preserved extracellular matrix, and their signaling activity where they are needed. Selecting and concentrating the fractions gives clinicians options for tissue support and biostimulation, including hair restoration and other biocellular applications.

What's in a Name?

The terminology used to describe fat micronizing—including macrofat, millifat, MFAT, microfat, nanofat, tSVF, mSVF, TOST, SVM, and many other names—is not standardized in the medical literature or industry.

These terms can represent preparations with very different tissue characteristics, processing methods, delivery requirements, and intended clinical roles.

With the Adinizer, these preparations are organized around a few clinically relevant characteristics: injectable delivery gauge, structural versus regenerative preparation, and the intended clinical and biological application.
