Traditional luer-to-luer transfers break down fat through blunt, forced pressure, passing it through progressively smaller openings, which places unnecessary stress and damages both the structural and biological cellular components of adipose tissue. 

Using ultra-sharp, blade-based cutting discs, the Adinizer precisely sizes adipose tissue — creating size-controlled, reproducible preparations with less pressure, less trauma, and less processing than conventional emulsification devices.

Nanofat

Nanofat is a mechanically processed autologous adipose-tissue preparation created through progressive downsizing and emulsification. Processing reduces the structural adipocyte component while retaining extracellular matrix and stromal vascular components for bio-cellular and tissue-quality applications.

Microfat is a mechanically sized autologous adipose-tissue graft composed of small clusters of viable adipocytes supported by native extracellular matrix and stromal vascular components. Limited processing preserves tissue structure for volume, contour, and structural support.

The 2400µm Adinizer disc creates macrofat parcels for larger-volume grafting, breast applications, deep tissue planes, and reconstructive support. Suitable for cannulas up to 17G.

The 1200µm Adinizer disc produces microfat for facial aesthetics, orthobiologics, and mid-plane tissue support. Suitable for delivery up to 20G*.

The 600µm Adinizer disc creates fine microfat preparations for 21–23G* delivery. Ideal for scaffolding, contouring, and soft-tissue refinement where smoother flow and smaller graft parcels are needed.

Not all mechanical adipose processing devices produce the same biologic output.  The Adinizer is a blade-based method for creating size-controlled microfat and nanofat preparations with less pressure and tissue trauma than conventional luer-to-luer processing.
